Most importantly, the focus will always be on developing ones own practice and the student will be immersed in a complete program of personal development which includes the practice of Asana, Pranayama, Meditation and Yoga Nidra, as well as the study of Yoga Philosophy and Anatomy. The 300 hour Ashtanga Primary Series Teacher Training Course expands upon the material covered in the 200 hour course with an additional 100 hours in which the student will be given the option of either continuing to deepen and enrich their practice of the primary series or to begin preparation for the intermediate series, culminating in the final two weeks in which the student will safely and gradually introduce the deep, dynamic postures of the intermediate series into their practice. Because the intermediate series is an advanced practice, it is ultimately at the discretion of the teacher whether the student is ready to advance or would benefit from additional focus on the primary series. While the students are progressing in their Asana practice, they will also continue to deepen their practice of Pranayama, Meditation and Yoga Nidra, while supplementing their practice with continued study of Instruction, Adjustment, Philosophy and Anatomy.

Workshops in a variety of topics will be held, with a particular emphasis on Adjustment, Yoga Philosophy and Anatomy. Throughout the course the focus will be on developing the leadership skills, self-confidence and theoretical knowledge required to become an inspiring and successful teacher. One Week Courses Course Fee : 200 USD

It is a long established fact that a reader will be distracted by the readable content of a page when looking at its layout. The point of using Lorem Ipsum is that it has a more-or-less normal distribution of letters, as opposed to using 'Content here, content here', making it look like readable English. Many desktop publishing packages and web page editors now use Lorem Ipsum as their default model text, and a search for 'lorem ipsum' will uncover many web sites still in their infancy. Various versions have evolved over the years, sometimes by accident, sometimes on purpose (injected humour and the like).

Yoga Retreats Course Fee : 200 USD

For those seeking a relaxing yoga vacation Tattvaa Yogashala offers several customized retreat options either at their yoga school on the banks of the ganges or at nearby resort-style accommodation amid the natural beauty of the Himalayan foothills. Students will receive invigorating morning yoga classes in Ashtanga or Hatha Yoga and will have the option, throughout the day, to attend a variety of transformative workshops focusing on such practices as Pranayama, Meditation, Yoga Nidra or Philosophy. Two nutritious meals are provided, prepared with love by the schools own kitchen staff, as well as midday tea and snacks. Participants will have plenty of free time to rest, relax and soak up the local culture, and will have the option of engaging in a variety of extra-curricular activities including rafting, trekking and sight-seeing tours.
We also specialize in creating specialized retreats for groups large or small in a variety of inspiring and exotic locations. Please feel free to contact us directly at info@yogikamalsingh.com to discuss the possibilities.
